14 new nursing staff from Albania

On Monday, together with Renate Schlichthaerle, Director of Nursing at Memmingen Hospital, we welcomed 14 nursing professionals from Albania at Memmingen Airport.

This is the second group to start at Memmingen Hospital. The arrival was warm, with the professionals being greeted directly by the Director of Nursing. Prior to their arrival, the nursing director travelled to Tirana several times to meet the nursing professionals in person and prepare them for life and work in Germany. In addition, digital meetings were held to discuss expectations, coordinate procedures and clarify questions directly.

The nursing professionals are now starting their work at Memmingen Hospital and are being trained in their daily work.
