At RE-ALIS, we guide international nursing professionals and German hospitals through a clearly structured process. Every step is defined, responsibilities are clearly assigned, and all parties know what to expect.
Nursing professionals and hospitals get to know each other in structured interviews. We carefully prepare these interviews and support them on site or online with translation. The goal is a realistic match that forms the basis for long-term cooperation.
Selected nursing professionals take part in a full-time intensive language course. Classes take place from Monday to Friday and include more than 1,000 teaching units in total. The content is consistently aligned with professional requirements and everyday life in Germany.
During the language training, participants receive a scholarship. At the same time, we take care of the administrative and legal preparation of all required documents. This includes translations, certifications, and the structured preparation of recognition and visa procedures.
We submit the application for professional recognition to the responsible German authorities and apply for the work visa. All processes are coordinated centrally and aligned with the overall project timeline.
After the preparation phase is completed, the nursing professionals enter Germany. They travel in an organized manner and begin their employment with the respective hospital.
Professional recognition is continued at the hospital. We support our partner institutions in establishing clear structures for sustainable integration and in ensuring a successful start in everyday working life.
