A warm welcome in Würzburg

Welcoming new faces whilst also seeing familiar ones again.

Last week, we welcomed six new international nursing staff from Albania to the Klinikum Würzburg Mitte. It was particularly lovely to see the nursing staff who have been in Würzburg through the RE-ALIS programme for some time now. They were able to share their experiences and offer a few tips for getting started directly with the new nursing staff. After all, they themselves know best what the first few weeks in Germany are like.
