Happy faces...

...not only for the nursing staff from Kerala.

Beaming faces at the 4th group of Indian nurses who are currently still in Kerala. We had the opportunity to visit this group as part of the recruitment of the 5th group.

During the week-long recruiting trip, during which 90 applicants were presented, our partner Vitos from Hesse once again selected the 5th group with great care.

The 4th group is currently being prepared for their assignment in Germany. Thanks to the excellent project support provided by Mr Jochen Schütz, Group Managing Director, and Ms Sarah Junghans, Project Manager, and Nursing Director Ljiljana Orlić, the nursing staff feel very well supported. Thanks to the regular visits and dialogue, the specialists learn everything they need to know at first hand.

This creates trust and a sense of belonging. Hence the beaming faces, no doubt!
