The Malteser Hospital Berlin-Charlottenburg caters to the needs of older patients. Here, people with acute and chronic internal diseases receive comprehensive care and are prepared for as independent a life as possible at home through coordinated and holistic therapy.

In addition to cardiovascular diseases, the main areas of focus include treatment following surgical interventions and internal diseases, aftercare for strokes and the treatment of diabetic complications. 5 of the 97 beds are also specially designed for the needs of palliative care patients.
