At the Vitos Clinic for Neurology in Weilmünster, patients with various acute and chronic neurological diseases are treated. The aim of the clinic is to offer competent diagnostics and therapy at a high level in a pleasant and caring environment.

Since 2021, the clinic has been recognized as an academic teaching hospital by the Justus Liebig University in Giessen.

As one of the largest acute neurological clinics in Germany, the clinic has specialized areas of focus. These include the examination and treatment of acute strokes, inflammatory nerve diseases such as multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease, chronic pain, dizziness and sleep disorders as well as the conservative therapy of spinal diseases. There is also a special station for early rehabilitation. A separate operating room is available for neurosurgical interventions.
