First SRH group from Kosovo arrives

Arriving without feeling like a stranger.

Our first joint group with SRH has arrived in Germany from Kosovo. Together with Jens Brune from SRH, we collected the new nursing staff in Stuttgart and accompanied them to Oberndorf.

There was plenty of laughter and chatting. The nursing staff already recognised many of the faces from the discussions we’d held together with SRH before their arrival. Questions had been answered, expectations discussed and trust built up, which was evident on arrival.

In Oberndorf, too, everything had been prepared for a smooth start. The nursing school, the nursing management team and the HR department welcomed the new colleagues in person. The flats had been furnished and the first week planned.

Our integration manager, Aurel Zyka, who already knows the group from Kosovo, supported them as they took their first steps into their new daily routine.

For us, this entry into the market demonstrates just what a difference good preparation, a well-thought-out onboarding process and high-quality language skills can make.
