Back in Albania with WKK for selection interviews

Together with Westküstenkliniken Brunsbüttel und Heide gGmbH, we visited our partner language school, Future Centre, in Tirana. There, for the fifth time, we jointly selected international nursing staff from Albania who are now set to begin their language training.

The healthcare provider is now familiar with the country, the language school and the results from previous rounds, enabling them to plan more effectively. At the same time, the nursing staff are increasingly aware of what to expect in Germany. This promotes sustainable integration.

A special moment was the visit by the current group, who are due to leave in a few days. During a meal together featuring traditional local dishes, it became clear just how much trust and closeness had already developed even before their arrival. This makes settling in Germany noticeably easier.
