Continuity: Many new applicants for KWM

In September, we were back in Albania to select the next group of nursing staff for the KWM.

There was a great deal of interest from applicants. Many of them specifically want to come to Würzburg. Thanks to our ongoing collaboration with them in Albania, the hospital has maintained a presence there over the years. This has gradually helped to establish an employer brand in the country of origin. The nursing staff do not arrive in Germany completely unprepared. They already have an idea of the hospital, their day-to-day work and what to expect. This builds trust and can also make their subsequent integration easier.
