Selection of New Nursing Professionals in Tunisia

Together with Heinrich Böhm and Conny Pingel from the Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer, we recently traveled to Tunisia to select a new group of international nursing professionals. The selection interviews were highly successful. In personal interviews, we were able to meet applicants who stood out for their strong motivation, confidence, and good language skills.

One important reason for these convincing interviews lies in the preparation of the candidates by our language teacher Taheni Moulahi. She already supports them intensively in Tunisia as they learn German and at the same time prepares them for the demands of everyday professional life in Germany. This helps the candidates arrive in Germany well prepared and with confidence so they can begin their professional path here with assurance.
