Our biggest recruitment drive

More than 200 interviews with nursing staff and prospective trainees in just seven days. And it went really well. Together with Vitos, WELI and NOVA Healthcare Professionals, we have been building trust in Kerala, India, for years. It is not just our project concept that is crucial, but above all the people behind it.

Everything ran smoothly and harmoniously, whilst also being great fun.

The applicants came specifically to meet their future employer. The high level of interest, the trust and the quality of the recruitment process are the result of continuity and a consistent presence. Sarah Junghans, Head of International Recruitment at Vitos, also plays a key role in this; this is now the eighth time (!) we have recruited together in India.
