These Terms and Conditions apply to the registration and participation of hospitals and other institutions in the specialist forum on 18 May 2026 (afternoon) as well as the conference day on 19 May 2026 within the framework of the Network Conference.
They apply from the time of registration and are binding for all participants.
Deviating terms and conditions of the participating hospitals or other institutions shall not apply unless they have been expressly agreed to in writing.
The registering hospital or other institution is responsible for ensuring that the registered persons comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The participation contract is concluded upon receipt of the written registration confirmation by email. Only complete and correctly completed registrations will be considered. Participation requires full receipt of payment.
The number of places is limited. As a rule, places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received. However, the organizer reserves the right to decide on participation for organizational reasons. There is no entitlement to participation.
Information, invitations and invoices may also be transmitted electronically.
The participation fees stated on the website apply. All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value added tax.
The participation fee includes participation in the event in accordance with the program as well as conference materials, refreshments during breaks and catering. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the participation fee.
Changes to the event schedule or program do not entitle participants to a reduction or refund of the participation fee, provided that the event is held in principle.
The invoice is issued by RE-ALIS GmbH as the organizer. The invoice amount must be transferred to the account specified therein by the stated due date.
The decisive factor for timely payment is the receipt of payment in this account.
In the event of default in payment, the organizer is entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate.
Cancellation free of charge is possible until 15 April 2026.
For cancellations made up to 1 May 2026, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
For cancellations after 1 May 2026 or in the event of non-attendance, the full participation fee (100%) will be due.
It is possible at any time to nominate a substitute participant. Rebooking is free of charge.

The organizer reserves the right to make organizational and content-related changes to the program, for example with regard to speakers, presentation topics or event times.
In the event of complete cancellation of the event for an important reason, for example due to insufficient participant numbers, force majeure or other reasons that make holding the event unreasonable, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Further claims, in particular claims for damages, travel costs, accommodation costs or other consequential damages, are excluded.
The services for participants result from the agenda published on the website and include in particular participation in events, conference materials, refreshments during breaks and catering.
Photo and video recordings may be made during the event for documentation and public relations purposes, for example for publication on the website, on social media, in press releases or internal documentation. The recordings may be passed on to partners or media for the stated purposes.
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the organizer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The rights to the recordings lie with the organizer. There is no entitlement to remuneration or other compensation for the use of the recordings.
Participants may object to recordings of their person at any time on site. Alternatively, objections may be submitted in advance in writing by email to email hidden; JavaScript is required.
Personal data of participants are processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the event, in particular for participant administration, invoicing and communication. This also includes information about program changes or organizational notices.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data are stored only for as long as this is necessary for the conduct of the event.
Participants have the right to information, rectification, erasure and objection in accordance with the GDPR.

Participants are requested to inform the organizer of any special support requirements at an early stage.
The organizer will endeavor to provide appropriate solutions, for example barrier-free access, adapted seating or technical aids.
It is pointed out that despite all efforts, complete coverage of all individual needs cannot be guaranteed.
The organizer is fully liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The organizer assumes no liability for loss, theft or damage to participants’ personal belongings.
Participants are obliged to comply with the house rules of the event venue. In the event of violations, the organizer may exclude participants from attending the event without any entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
If an event of force majeure occurs that is beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer shall be released from the obligation to perform for the duration of the disruption.
Force majeure includes in particular official requirements, extreme weather conditions, failure of the event venue, strikes or other unforeseeable and unavoidable events.
German law shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes is Speyer, to the extent permitted by law.
Deviating terms and conditions or participation conditions of the participants shall not apply, even if they are not expressly rejected.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is published on the website.
In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between different language versions
of these Terms and Conditions, the German version shall prevail.
